Having sworn to keep the good of the patient as the highest priority, is it prudent for Medical Doctors to resort to strike actions when they have issues with their employers.

inasmuch as docrors take part in d oath to be completely devoted to humanity, they derserve to have their issues attended to. But I think there could be other ways to do so without indulging in a strike. One thing doctors should be aware of is that the human life is very fragile and a life lost during the strike period cannot be replaced.
